描述
This application allows you to interact with various external services using the REST API and sending webhooks. There is also a built-in activity that allows you to directly access Bitrix24 API methods.
The main advantage of the solution is the ability to receive and write data to your CRM system after sending a request to an external service (API).
The application will be useful for companies that want to solve problems without development:
Configure flexible interaction with external services!
Example of settings for integration with the Cooper service.
The task was to implement lead verification in the Cooper service and record the verification result in the deal details. To do this, we created a workflow consisting of the following steps:
1. Sending and receiving data from the Cooper service via the REST API:
2. Next, we added an activity that allows you to process the response from the server and get the value of the field we need:
3. Well, at the last step, we wrote the received value in the deal details.
Integration is ready!

The application will be useful for companies that want to solve problems without development:
- On data transfer to external systems (for example: sending leads, creating deliveries to the transport company, sending notifications ...)
- Monitoring the status of the application (for example: monitoring the status by the tracking number of the transport company)
- It is necessary to use the full Bitrix24 API without creating an application. You can execute API methods and process the response.
